Both the online Expert and your doctor need to be in the know about each other’s treatment and medicines being consumed by you. Yes, if you have made the payment and haven’t availed of your consultation, you can request us to reschedule your consultation within 3 days of the payment confirmation. Depending upon the available time slots, we will provide you with the next date and time when you can get your consultation. After three days, payment shall be considered lapsed.
